At Along Their Way, we will help you understand your ADHD diagnosis and your neurodiversity. We coach you to overcome overwhelming situations, eliminate wasteful procrastination, and take action in your life.

Family and Parent Coaching

Parenting a child or young adult with ADHD can often leave you feeling exhausted, frustrated, and sometimes hopeless. We understand these challenges, and can provide the life coaching and support to help.

Relationship Coaching (IFIO)

Our couples coaching is designed to strengthen relationships and foster connection. We provide expert guidance to enhance communication, manage challenges, and celebrate each other’s unique strengths.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

The Eight Cs, based on the Internal Family Systems model, can be applied life coaching to regulate thoughts, beliefs, and actions, leading to personal growth, healing, and transformation for neurodiverse individuals.
