Holistic ADHD coaching for growth, clarity, and self trust

Along Their Way offers compassionate ADHD coaching rooted in mindfulness, self understanding, and whole person support. This is a space for meaningful growth, practical change, and a more grounded way forward.

A more mindful approach to ADHD coaching

Along Their Way offers ADHD coaching that goes beyond surface-level strategies. While practical tools and skill-building matter, real support often asks for something deeper. It asks for space to understand how your mind works, how your emotions shape your experience, and how you can move through life with more clarity, compassion, and intention.

This work is rooted in a holistic view of growth, honoring the connection between mindset, nervous system, habits, wellness, and self-awareness.

What holistic ADHD coaching can look like

Holistic ADHD coaching is a collaborative process that supports both practical growth and personal understanding. Sessions may include reflection, structure, skill building, mindfulness, emotional awareness, and conversations that help clients reconnect with what matters most to them.

At Along Their Way, coaching is not about judgment or pressure. It is about meeting people where they are with warmth, curiosity, and compassion. From that foundation, clients can begin to develop tools that work for their real lives, while also building confidence, resilience, and a deeper sense of self.

The roots of Along Their Way

Along Their Way grew from the belief that ADHD coaching can be more spacious, compassionate, and whole person focused. Traditional support often centers only on productivity, performance, or behavior change. Along Their Way was created to hold a wider view.

Almost without realizing it, Jamie Blume found her way by living the core values that Along Their Way promotes today.  As an early life coach practitioner, Jamie became frustrated with the narrow focus and limited tools available to help ADHD clients within the traditional coaching framework.  Recognizing this gap, Jamie called upon her unique coaching expertise and experience and founded Along Their Way to better serve those facing ADHD-specific challenges.

Today, through her personal experience with ADHD, raising kids with ADHD, and a lifetime of education and coaching, Jamie has developed a coaching program that helps clients identify and build the skills and tools necessary to live a happy and healthy life.

More than traditional ADHD coaching

Along Their Way is not built around quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. This work recognizes that meaningful change often involves more than time management tools or productivity systems alone.

The coaching approach is mindful, relational, and deeply human. It supports executive function while also making space for emotional well-being, self-reflection, wellness, and the inner shifts that help change last.

Together, this is where transformation happens.

Holistic Mindfulness

Bringing gentle awareness to thought patterns, emotional responses, and the rhythms of daily life, not as a technique alone, but as a way of being with yourself.

Emotional wellbeing

Making space for the emotional layers of the ADHD experience: frustration, self doubt, and also joy, creativity, and the deep texture of who you are.

Whole person growth

Supporting executive function while also attending to identity, relationships, values, and the inner shifts that help real, lasting change take root over time.
