adult coaching
As adults, we often bear the burden of responsibility (real or imagined). Balancing jobs, family, and social lives can be stressful for everyone, but can become especially overwhelming for adults with ADHD. Many adults with ADHD face daily challenges, have difficulty paying attention, and experience impulsivity and restlessness. If these are not addressed, this can result in poor work performance, unstable relationships, and low self-esteem.
At Along Their Way, we will help you understand your ADHD diagnosis and your neurodiversity. We can coach you to overcome overwhelming situations, eliminate wasteful procrastination, and take action in your life.
Young adult coaching
Adulting can be tough! The ADHD brain takes 30% longer to achieve measured levels of maturity, impacting one’s ability to self-regulate attention and emotions and delays executive functions like planning and reasoning.
Young adults sit at an often bewildering crossroad of life, moving out of childhood and awkwardly into adulthood. Indeed, for most young adults, the 20s come with unique challenges, like balancing school, jobs, friends, family, and independence. These challenges can be especially overwhelming for young adults with ADHD.
Our Along Their Way coaching framework provides valuable support during these transitional years.
Relationship coaching
We support relationships impacted by ADHD
At Along Their Way, couples coaching is designed to strengthen relationships and foster connection. Whether both partners are neurodiverse or one is navigating ADHD, we provide expert guidance to enhance communication, manage challenges, and celebrate each other’s unique strengths. We also utilize Intimacy From The Inside Out (IFIO), a relationship coaching method focused on the inner selves of the members of the relationship. Through our coaching, you will discover the benefits of improved intimacy, enhanced teamwork, and a deeper bond that transcends neurodiversity.
Let’s navigate the ADHD journey together and empower your love story.
