Meet Jamie Blume
As a recognized expert and speaker in her field, Jamie Blume supports individuals, couples, and families impacted by ADHD by integrating her background in health, wellness, and nutrition into her coaching. She incorporates the healing properties of nature, mindfulness, and self-compassion to guide her clients through what may be blocking their way.
After graduating from the University of Michigan, Jamie went on to earn a post-graduate degree in Public Health and professional certifications as a Life Coach, an ADHD Coach, an Internal Family Systems Practitioner, a Nutritional Health Coach, and a yoga instructor. Jamie teaches at the highly-acclaimed and accredited ADHD & Life Coach Training Program (ADDCA) and serves as a mentor for aspiring ADHD coaches. She also serves as the Chair of the Education Committee for ADDA.
Jamie Blume knows first-hand the challenges that come with having ADHD—she is the mom of three adult ADHDers and was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult.
Jamie enjoys a strong connection to nature, family, friends, and her dogs, Asher and Roxy. She spends much of her free time outside running, hiking, skiing, and just enjoying the sunshine.
