Meet Kamala Randhawa
Kamala is a mother of a big neurodivergent family. She is a coach, speaker and advocate in the ADHD community. She has spent most of her life pursuing self development and growth.
She made her way to coaching in the all too common path of being diagnosed after her child was. While trying to find resources for her children she saw herself again and again in the literature. Her family suffered from executive function deficits and emotional disregulation (fancy words for leaving the laundry in the machine for days, never knowing what the plan was for dinner and a lot of melt downs).
Kamala Randhawa credits coaching as the magic sauce that took her from barely surviving to thriving with ADHD. Through coaching she has found her passion and works in her strengths of building community, self-compassion and continuous learning. She is able to help clients work through blocks, set boundaries, reframe negative self talk and reinvent themselves to achieve their desired goals. By working on awareness, acceptance and action, she takes her clients from knowing to doing.
She can be found having random dance parties with her five kids. She loves the outdoors, her dog and volunteering at church and in her kids’ schools.
